style electrode columns, hydraulic electrode positioning as well as furnace tilt
and roof lift and swing.
Electrode positioning as well as furnace tilt and
roof lift and swing hydraulic units available.
6.0 MVA Transformer, or we can offer several other
options to offer. Unit has been removed and is ready for
loading.

Furnace is complete with 11.0 feet diameter shell,
electrode arms with 12.0 inch power operated electrode holders, rise and fall
style columns, hydraulic electrode positioning as well as furnace tilt and roof
lift and swing. Elctrode positioning as well as furnace tilt and roof lift
and swing hydraulic units available. We have several options for
transformers to power this furnace.

NEW ADDITION LECTROMELT/CLESIM MODEL MNT (14.0 feet diameter)
ELECTRIC ARC FURNACE
Forty (40.0) ton capacity. The furnace is of the full platform design with the
roof lift and swing mechanism mounted on a common platform with the furance
shell. Fabricated steel furnace shell with slag door and
tap spout. The furnace is complete with hydraulic power unit
for roof lift and swing as well as furnace tilt functions.
Electrode columns are of the rise and fall design
with electromechanical positioning. Electrode arms are water cooled with fully
triangulated water cooled copper bus tubes. Power operated electrode holders for 16.0 inch
electrodes.
Solid state electrode regulation. High voltage electrical equipment consisting of
disconnect and furnace switch. Several transformer options available.
